Production Operator

We are seeking a full time Production Operator to learn all facets of the ethanol process including: cook, fermentation, distillation, sample testing, dryers, centrifuges, grain systems, and water treatment while keeping accurate and timely records. Responsibilities also including collecting samples and performing necessary tests to ensure consistency and product quality.

Summary:
Full Time (Permanent, Direct-Hire) Production Operator position
Located in Greater Seward area
Mostly all indoor temperature controlled working environment
12 hour rotating shifts, night shift (6pm - 6am), 4 days on, 4 days off

Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree in related field preferred, High School Diploma (required)
Two or more years of related production or manufacturing experience
Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, high attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude preferred

Please note, this is a full-time permanent position (directly hired on with the company).
