As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operation and product quality.
- Package finished products efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Adapt to varying temperatures, ranging from warm environments due to ovens to cold environments due to freezers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed, including staying until production is complete during peak seasons.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy objects throughout the shift
Including weight of up to 50 Lbs
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
- Reliable transportation or access to public transportation as the job is bus accessible.
- Ability to work in multiple shifting temperatures Like Freezers and coolers, as well as warm areas with ovens

Pay: $15.00 to $15.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Overtime required based on production demands, typically until 5 or 6 PM during peak seasons)
