Wage: $18 - $20/hr.
Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Duties of the production operator: - Perform assembly of parts and assemblies to complete finished products.
- Set up tools and equipment for assembly processes.
- Review finished assemblies to meet production and quality requirements.
- Prepare finished products for shipping, including packaging and loading.
- Report and assist in resolving production issues.
- Additional tasks as directed by the Director of Operations.
Requirements of the production operator: - Authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a production environment preferred.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
