Production Operator

Overview This is an entry level position for production, load, assembly, and pack. Manual agility and the ability to maintain a constant, quick, pace on an assembly line is required. Visual inspection skills are needed to spot imperfections in a finished, assembled, part. Major Position Responsibilities If chosen for consideration, candidates may be required to take the ACT Work Keys test and a physical agility test. Testing will be scheduled by the company and candidates must meet the company's scoring requirements for additional consideration. Previous background in assembly and pack is a plus. Basic Qualifications Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Candidates will be required to take a physical agility test. Production experience (assemblyl and pack) is preferred Pre-employment background and medical screening will be required if selected for hire. Must be able to work all shifts and overtime, as required.
