What we are looking for We are looking for an experienced PRODUCTION OPERATOR to join our De La Rue Authentication team at our manufacturing facility in LOGAN, UTAH. Current opening is for SWING SHIFT: M-Th 3:30pm - 2:00am; some overtime may be required. PAID 30-MINUTE LUNCH BREAK. This is a full-time direct-hire positions with FULL BENEFITS that include medical, dental, vision, life & disability, 401(k) employer contribution plus match, as well as 11 paid holidays and FOUR (4) WEEKS OF PAID TIME OFF (PTO). Benefits begin first of the month after hire. What you will do Using specialized equipment, the Production Operator is responsible to perform manufacturing processes that produce photopolymer holograms. Operators are expected to produce high-quality products and to take appropriate actions to eliminate and correct defects when they occur. They must have a strong commitment to safety, an eye for detail, and be willing to take an active role in continuous improvement activities. What you need to be successful Prior experience in a production environment Exhibit a strong commitment to working safely Demonstrated ability to follow standard operating procedure (SOPs) Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to read, write and understand English Basic math skills Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Willingness to participate in cross-functional teams History of good attendance Physically able to perform the essential functions of the job Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
