Production Operator

Job Description Agilent Technologies is seeking an experienced full-time Production Operator on 1st Shift for its growing consumables manufacturing facility located in Folsom, California. Agilent's laboratory consumables business is an industry leader in innovation, market share, and performance. We are seeking an energetic, motivated individual with proven skills in manufacturing, quality, teamwork, and communication. Shift: M-F 6:00 AM-2:30 PM PT Your main responsibilities will be: Manufacturing of Gas Chromatography columns Handle raw material and operate production equipment Produce and process products according to detailed procedures Accurately record all process tasks and material movements Document any deviations as part of an open reporting culture Maintain flexibility and receptiveness to change in daily routine Open to and capable of completing a variety of tasks that require frequent standing and walking. Support team in achieving production line objectives and goals through effective collaboration. Give ideas to and participate in Continuous Improvement activities Qualifications 1+ years of manufacturing, customer service, or any related experience working in a fast-paced environment Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Minimum education requirement is a H.S. Diploma Confirmed experience of meticulous attention to detail and able to accurately follow work instructions Consistent track record of working within a team and autonomously Good communication skills to interact with your peers The US pay range for this full-time position is $21.24 - $33.19/hr, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum new hire pay for the position across the relevant US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
