Production Operator

As a Production Operator at our facility, you will be working as part of a crew assisting the manufacturing process for insulation. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Packaging the insulation Troubleshooting of machinery Verifying the quality of product General housekeeping and safety practices Repurposing the insulation Skills and Abilities: Must work well in a team environment Must be able to secure and maintain a forklift driver's license Must have the ability to multi-task Must possess strong organizational skills Must have a strong safety mindset Shift Schedule (Rotating Shift): 7am-7pm (3 days on) 3 days off 7pm-7am (3 nights on) 3 days off Benefits/ Perks: Hourly Rate: $26.43 day shift/ $27.43 night shift 401k with company contributions Multiple health insurance, dental and vision options Quarterly Bonuses Healthy living incentives and rewards Requirements Include: High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years experience in Manufacturing, Machine Operating, or Packaging experience preferred Ability to work 12-hour shifts Available to work rotating shifts About Owens Corning Owens Corning is a global building and construction materials leader committed to building a sustainable future through material innovation.
