We are seeking General Production employees for a variety of positions on all 3 shifts (position and shift availability will vary).
What You'll Do:- Exhibit outstanding safety practices every day evidenced by outstanding housekeeping at all times.
- Extend treatment to all other employees of the Company as individuals with the courtesy and dignity shown to customers.
- Exceed customer quality and service expectations through attention to detail.
- Exercise maximum care to protect the environment by encouraging and supporting responsible operating procedures.
- Secure proper tools for each task.
- Communicate suggestions and recommend solutions to problems to provide for an efficient operation.
- Approach work assignments in a positive manner and function as a team member.
What We Need From You:- Job may require decimals and fractions, drawings and formulas, measuring instruments and a variety of hand tools.
- Ability to lift up to at least 20 pounds consistently.
- Some judgment to stay in sync with instructions, follow methods, make minor decision.
