Nesco Resource is seeking Production Team Members in Bowling Green, Ky.
Job Purpose:
Produce quality parts, on time, the first time to meet or exceed our customer requirements, while supporting the policies and procedures of AHK.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow standardized assigned work procedures properly to operate equipment and manufacture product
- Maintain proper documentation of production paperwork
- Inspect product to ensure no defects are passed on to the next customer
- Maintain good housekeeping (5S) in assigned areas
- Follow all plant safety, environmental & quality policies along with other AHK policies & procedures.
- Assist and support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Lifting up to 50 lbs or more frequently
