Job Description Production Operator - Clinton IA Pay Rate: $22.01 + $2.55 shift differential Shift(s) Available: 12 - hour shifts rotating Days and Nights. Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, and on occasion different shifts with advance notice as needed. Job Requirements: Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values Previous factory experience preferred. High school diploma or GED with strong fundamental skills (math, reading, writing) Strong safety performance and value for safety Knowledge of equipment operation and use of tools Stable work history Strong attendance record Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness and ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts Flexibility in accepting change and an attitude of continuous improvement Physical Requirements: Ability to work in extreme temperatures Ability to lift fifty pounds routinely, climb stairs and ladders, wear respirator and work at high elevations ADM requires the successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
