The successful candidate will . have large plant experience (600 persons or larger) experience in Metal Fabrication or Machining or Assembly strong in lean manufacturing has managed supervisors open to rural life style working in non union operations HVAC experience a major plus Plant is person non union facility of app 800k square feet running 3 shifts .
