Leading supplier of biometric access solutions is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our production team as a Production Team Lead/Manager in Ft. Myers, Fl.
Responsibilities:
Lead a small production team in assembling security products and conducting Quality Assurance testing.
Establish work schedules, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress to maximize productivity.
Maintain inventory levels, report deficiencies in raw materials, and coordinate with suppliers.
Program access control devices according to customer requirements.
Analyze production processes and propose improvements for enhanced efficiency.
Coordinate with external manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Academic background in computer science, networking, or software troubleshooting is preferred.
Proficiency in operating medium duty machinery and power tools
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Comfortable with heavy lifting and working at heights.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
Previous experience in the steel component industry and familiarity with locks or physical access control products is advantageous.
