As the Production Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing our production processes to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

- Assess project and resource needs and develop schedules of work for the production team.

- Ensure that company procedures are followed by all employees and provide support in the organization of equipment repair and routine maintenance.

- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

- Order tools, materials, and equipment used in the manufacturing processes, and provide monthly reports on quality control, production numbers, safety, and other relevant metrics.

- Monitor and review the performance of staff, organize necessary interventions for improvement, and implement cost control programs.

- Foster efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments, including procurement, distribution, and management.

Personnel Management:

- Assist Human Resources with recruitment and training of new employees.

- Complete performance appraisals bi-annually and coach employees to enhance their performance.

- Communicate relevant company information and updates to personnel, enforce rules and regulations, and handle conflict resolution and performance management with support from the Human Resources team.

- Ensure the workplace is safe and clean through task delegation and personnel education, and train personnel on new equipment and safety procedures as necessary.

Education and/or Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field preferred.

- Minimum of three years of experience as a Production Manager.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, conflict management skills, and leadership abilities.

- Experience with managing employees and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work closely with all business processes and functions.

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field preferred.

Minimum of three years of experience as a Production Manager

Running a production team in an automated environment.
