Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Machine Operator is responsible for completing their job duties in a safe and timely manner both for themselves and their co-workers while using proper PPE and a Safety First attitude.

Incumbent is responsible for producing a quality product, meeting all specifications of the Work Order, ensuring customer satisfaction, adhering to our Right the First time Quality Policy. Associate is required to input information into the Machine Center computer and verify for accuracy. Production Associate will be expected to complete job task within specified time period. This would include setups, changeovers, reel changes and material relocation.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous manufacturing experience, strongly preferred
  • Able to read, write and understand English
  • Proficient in basic math and computer knowledge
  • Strong team player
