Production Coordinator
Pay Rate/Range: $23.50/hour
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00 (in office) Friday 9:00-1:00 (work from home) during summer hours. Fall goes back to 8 hour Friday (40 hour work week).
Location: (city/state/zip) Santa Monica, CA - hybrid
Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

Provide support for planning, scheduling, and monitoring all aspects of production.
Maintain clear communication between Creative, Marketing, A&R, Manufacturing, Production Departments, and external vendors for timely project delivery.
Manage intensive data input and scheduling systems.
Learn and master various UMG proprietary software programs.
Perform other duties as assigned by company management.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in production or similar role.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Critical, agile, and creative thinking abilities.
Proficiency in Internet research, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom.
Computer-savvy with the capability to master new programs and software.
Technology-minded.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly motivated with a desire to work in a team environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Self-directed, well-organized, with high attention to detail and follow-through.
