Production Coordinator - Creative Marketing Production

Details:

  • Location: Remote
  • Schedule: 9am-6pm PST
  • Contract Duration: May 14, 2024 - Jul 13, 2024
  • Pay Range: $28-33/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Support management team and project leads by coordinating physical shoot production and all departmental needs.
  • Delegate tasks to Production Assistants (PAs), including task priorities and direction.
  • Work with project leads to determine project communication and documentation needs using various platforms and tools.
  • Create and distribute high-level shoot materials such as Production Hub, Project Tracker, Shoot Invites, Technical Specification Sheets, etc.
  • Delegate and oversee the scheduling of multiple project-related meetings with internal and external attendees.
  • Continually review and identify strategies to improve office and shoot protocols, practices, and information organization.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years as a Production Coordinator in the entertainment industry, preferably in on-air promotions at a network and/or production company.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness and provide creative solutions to challenging tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute against multiple deadlines.
  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to handle relationships internally and externally with diplomacy and tact.
  • Ability to forward plan, anticipate needs, and address day-to-day needs.
  • Ability to work well both within a team and autonomously.
  • Proficient with Mac, Google Workspace, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
