About this Position:

The NAPC Production Planner A is responsible for scheduling and planning production related to FRM, PT, Service or In-house lines in order to meet the overall company Seihan Strategy. The Production Planner A will evaluate the overall plan and assess and create optimal production plans that support both I/H departments and supply chain departments. Production Planner A is responsible to set model rotations and assign new models accordingly. Production Planner A will engage with internal Depts and External customers to confirm line setting meets the needs of the customer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate, Create and manage daily / weekly / monthly schedules in appropriate software
  • Create Midterm and Ki schedules thru evaluation of optimal planning
  • Communicate production volumes and model mix strategies to internal / external parties
  • Negotiate optimal schedules with In-house department to mees service sales needs
  • Provide new model trial event management as assigned
  • Manage invoicing and inventory balances
  • Schedule and coordinate production weekend activity for the plant
  • Support quality audits / concerns as necessary
  • Control and reconcile the cycle counts for inventory control purposes

Who we are seeking:

Required Experience:

  • 0-4yrs work experience based on education

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent relevant experience

Other job-specific skills:

  • Organized, Microsoft Proficient, detail oriented, problem solving

Additional Position Factors:

  • Open office environment
  • Some travel may be required
  • 3 5 hours of OT weekly
