What you will do as a Production Associate:
- Solder electrical components
- Perform quality inspections on products for shipment
- Package product for shipment
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Measure LED light components per order specifications
What you need to be a Production Associate:
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Possess hand dexterity with small delicate parts
- Must be detail-oriented and patient
- Soldering experience is a plus
- Willingness to submit to a 4-panel drug test and a background check
