Job Title: Production Associate

Hourly Wage: $14.30, with potential to make 20+ a hour by meeting certain numbers.
Job Description:
Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team ? Look no further. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Packing Department. Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and package products to meet quality standards.
- Assist fellow team members by transporting materials to and from work stations.
- Load production materials into machines from the warehouse.
- Perform light maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates smoothly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the plant, including housekeeping duties both indoors and outdoors.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Previous factory work experience preferred but not required.
- On-the-job training provided.
- Must have a valid drivers licenese
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good vision, corrected if necessary.
Benefits:
- Additional shift premium pay for 2nd or 3rd shift work.
- Weekly pay, subject to standard withholdings.
- Overtime paid at time and one-half.

Schedule:
- Full-time position, 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
