The Boeing Global Services Engineering, Support & Sustainment organization is seeking Product Support Operations Managers- F - 15QA Program to lead the F-15QA Maintenance Services Contract Labor Services (CLS) team. This role will focus on overseeing the day to day operations of Organizational or Intermediate maintenance teams in support of flight operations at Al-Udeid AB Qatar, while successfully managing, developing, and motivating large teams of 30+ employees. This position will start in Hazelwood, MO . This is a Long-Term Assignment to Al Udeid AB, Qatar for two years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Qatar is a very modern country but temperatures in the summer can reach over 120 degrees. Starting in October it cools down and temperatures are 75-85 degrees. The assignment will be at Al-Udeid AB located outside Doha. Position Responsibilities: This position requires the ability to integrate and prioritize the requirements of multiple, external and internal stakeholders to ensure successful performance across the contractual statement of work.
Must be able to develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guide the development of business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives.
Acquires resources for organizational and/or intermediate activities, and leads continuous process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of the F-15QA contractual technical approach, execution plans, products and processes.
Holds direct report and peer teams accountable for achieving goals.
Creates a culture of continuous improvement by communicating and deploying the Boeing Behaviors, organizational best practices and employee engagement
Continuously works to improve cost, quality, delivery, employee job satisfaction and customer satisfaction. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience in providing technical and performance oversight of aircraft maintenance or modifications, including briefing US Government Customers on status of performance 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role Knowledge of AFI 21-101
A ble to travel both domestically and internationally Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience with day to day operations of organizational or intermediate maintenance
Experience working with F-15 aircraft preferred, other fighter aircraft acceptable
Experience with U.S. Airforce maintenance practices and experience partnering with government customers to deliver services and products. Relocation: Relocation will be provided to the international assignment location.
