Job Title: Product Owner/ Business AnalystLocation: Plano, TX 75024
Duration: 12+Months
Shift: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $63/hr
Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end requirements management, from gathering to implementation.
- Design and optimize processes.
- Engage stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Document requirements and facilitate reviews.
- Manage JIRA epics and support technology partners.
- Assist User Adoption Team and handle escalations.
Requirements:- 5+ years of Product Owner experience
- 3+ years of experience in transformation initiatives and process re-engineering.
- Understanding of Financial Services and Anti-Money Laundering processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience with Pega Client Lifecycle Management or AML KYC systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/SDLC and Waterfall Methodology.

Pay Details: $63.00 per hour
