Position: Cloud Security Product Owner
Location: Phoenix, AZ or Atlanta, GA (3 days onsite)

- 6+ years of Product Owner experience

Job Overview:
The Cloud Security Product Owner will report to the Director of Cloud Security, and will work in collaboration with the Agile Champions, other IS teams, Enterprise Cloud Team, and Enterprise Architecture groups, to drive consistent, secure capability and compliance for new functions within cloud. In this role, the Cloud Security Product Owner will provide aid in maximize team delivery through establishing closure criteria, priorities, and oversight of end to end outcomes. This position demands a well-organized, action oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work and the ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously, to have a command on cutting edge technologies, and an understanding of and drive to deliver end-to-end process and solutions focused on great user experience. Strong interpersonal communications skills are required.

Responsibilities
- Provide Coaching to Agile team
- Servant Leader to the Agile team members
- Shield team from interruptions
- Remove impediments to progress
- Re-communicate project vision
- Assist the Agile team in following Agile Practices
- Managing the Product Backlog
- Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions
- Organize and run meetings and problem-solving sessions
- Help define objectives for each day/week/sprint
- Define and validate closure criteria across stories
- Ensure communications across teams and programs to ensure consistency in messaging
- Partner with program owners to define and deliver project tasks within an agile framework
- Act as Security partner - driving secure technology enablement for our partner teams across technology
- Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner
- Recognize and deal appropriately with confidential and sensitive information
Qualifications
- Understanding of cloud architectures sufficient to define and deliver security requirements
- 8+ years Agile experience with experience leading through Scaled Agile program
- Expert level experience with Jira and Confluence
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to motivate and push teams to optimal performance
- Proven ability to communicate effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to clearly articulate solution alternatives
- Experience directing projects for Infrastructure, Networking, and Security initiatives across varied platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, work closely within a coordinated team environment, and maintain composure while dealing with time sensitive deadlines
- A self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
