Job Title: Product Owner and Product Manager

Location: Saxeville, WI (Onsite)

Duration: Contract

Skills required : BFSS(Banking and Financial Services) Project Management

Must Haves

Experience with Project Management, worked at Banking and Financial Services company or Domain.

Worked in an Agile/Scrum environment, day to day interaction with engineering teams, working on requirements

Familiar with Jira basic level experience, Confluence

Responsibilities:

Understand stakeholder needs to create and maintain a product roadmap/backlog according to data/metrics-driven business value and ROI

Work with technical teams, marketing/ business/ internal/vendor partners and customers to ensure that business, design, quality, usability and functional goals are met with each release

Understand modern SDLC. Works in an Agile way, providing backlog management, iteration planning, writing and elaborating user stories to ensure that the technical team is working on stories that maximize business value and deliver necessary fixes and functionality to customers

Collaborate with SMEs and act as Business Analyst to facilitate requirements gathering/design workshops and ongoing interaction and convert the business requirements to technical requirements collaboratively

Understand and maintain the technical backlog for all releases for the platforms and integrations, and their dependencies on each other

Create and communicate the technology roadmap and high-level release plans

Acts as "Voice of the Customer, helps map Customer Journey and owns the Customer Experience on the Web platform/Integrations and other consumer-facing apps

Works with other stakeholders to ensure consistent customer experience across all our outreach channels
