Job Description

As a member of the Value-Added Services division within the Issuing Solutions Product organization, this role will be responsible for the ongoing product operations development and expansion of global Visa Benefits products, which include APIs, UIs and backend systems that enable issuers to create, manage and distribute powerful cardholder value propositions globally. The Product Operations Management role involves supporting and spearheading the development of new operational process, improving existing ones, and ensuring the overall operational excellence of the product area in deep collaboration with the Product Managers.

Key activities include:

Designing operational processes that support the products through change and incident management as well as feature delivery.

Deliver, conduct and monitor those processes in conjunction with Product Managers, operational support teams and other key stakeholders

Continuous validation and testing of operational processes

Support Product Managers consider full operational implications and requirements through the feature development process

Supporting delivery with clarity where needed and actively solving for blockers

Working with Product Managers to build and manage our roadmap and backlog

Act as subject matter expert / liaison between key stakeholders

Responsibilities:

Product Development: Translate operational strategy into actionable product development efforts with Product Managers

Process Improvement: Establish, document, and refine development and operational processes for the product set.

Product Engagements: Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure operational requirements are well-rounded and prioritized appropriately.

Operational Activities: Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure the systems are operating as expected, resolving issues, and coordinating activities.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
