Job Title: Product Merchandising Fellow-Footwear
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 2 months
This is a paid fellowship opportunity. This fellowship runs during the months of June & July.

As the Product Merchandising Fellow, Footwear, you will contribute to the development of a multi-year Footwear product strategy, built on consumer and business insights, with an emphasis on basketball.
You will be tasked to research, synthesize, and communicate insights about our consumer, basketball & sneaker culture, and relevant fashion industry trends to contribute to our basketball strategy. We blend art with science to bring Converse's vision to life.

Qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant major
Demonstrates consumer curiosity with knowledge of Basketball, Sneaker, Fashion and/or Youth Culture
Pushes self and others to collaborate cross-functionally to solve for consumer needs
Contributes strong strategic-thinking skills
Leads on a daily basis as a team player with a high degree of professionalism
Ability to communicate in a professional environment

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
