Product Manager IV

Summary:

Candidates will be expected to be a self-starter and be proficient at dealing with ambiguity - taking loosely defined problems and driving them to conclusion.

Candidates should be able to work on products that require multiple teams and partners in different time zones across the Globe.

They should have demonstrated experience with Agile methods, working with multiple engineering teams, analyzing business requirements and translating to product requirements.

The candidate should be proficient in product planning, design, development, documentation, execution and support throughout the product life cycle.

They should be able to work closely with engineering, policy, operations, and customer support to conform to the company's quality system procedures and to ensure regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction and product SLA goals are met.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably for eCommerce products with a large and global user base.

Experience implementing regulatory/compliance requirements for large organizations or large scale platform solutions

Solid analytical abilities, experience in translating complex business issues into clear goals and product requirements

Ability to execute in a cross-functional, matrixed organization

Previous work experience in Compliance, KYC, Identity & Bank account ownership verification and the implementation of AML/Regulatory requirements.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
