As a Product Manager for C2 Systems, you will be instrumental in defining and managing our Command and Control product portfolio. You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), cross-functional teams, customer stakeholders/users, and external partners to decompose and prioritize product capabilities, ensuring successful execution of strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management or service design with a knack for translating and visualizing complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities: Engage with SMEs, both internal and external, to drive clear decomposition of required product capabilities within the C2 domain. Advocate for the prioritization of these capabilities by demonstrating their potential cross-business line utility and user impact to the Platform team. Drive the creation of a well-rationed product roadmap that balances product priorities with engineering realities and organizational growth. Translate technical and domain-specific information into easily comprehensible user flows, narratives, conops, and feature definitions. Oversee the conceptualization and prototyping of new capabilities within the C2 Systems team. Ensure reliable product scope definition and service design, in collaboration with relevant teams and stakeholders. Conduct research and synthesis with SMEs to enhance understanding of technical topics and domain-specific processes. Lead efforts to gather comprehensive user data for C2 Systems, including user feedback, usage patterns, and operational requirements. Collaborate with C2S program and engineering teams to ensure successful execution of C2 Systems' strategic objectives. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in service design, product management, or product scope definition. Proven ability to translate technical and domain-specific information into narratives, conops, and feature definitions. Experience in conducting research, synthesis, and driving product roadmap creation. Strong organizational skills and reliability. Ability to self-service design using common tools (Figma) Ability to balance requirements across engineering, data, and business stakeholders Aptitude for working with stakeholders who span a wide range of technical comfort Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated aptitude across a broad range of product types (internal tools, customer-facing applications, tools for technical customers) Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead interactive planning and decomposition sessions. Self-starter with the ability to successfully navigate through ambiguity and loosely defined organizational structures US Salary Range $154,000 - $231,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
