Product Manager
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
looking for an experienced and innovative E-Commerce Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of our e-commerce platform and related products. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic thinking to drive the success of our online retail initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our e-commerce platform, aligned with company goals and customer needs.
Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market trends, user feedback, and business objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery.
Continuously improve the user experience of our e-commerce platform through usability testing, data analysis, and iterative design enhancements.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and use insights to inform decision-making.
Monitor competitor activity in the e-commerce space, identify emerging trends, and recommend strategic responses to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders on the status of e-commerce initiatives, including progress against goals and upcoming milestones.
Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners to support e-commerce operations and infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS) and implement security best practices to protect customer data and minimize risk.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the e-commerce team, fostering innovation and experimentation to optimize performance and drive growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of success in e-commerce product management, with at least X years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of e-commerce technologies and platforms, including experience with CMS, CRM, and payment gateways.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Experience working in an agile development environment, with a focus on iterative delivery and rapid experimentation.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing techniques is a plus
