Requirements:
BA/BS degree
5+ years of product management or related experience working on A/B and multi-variant testing
A strong attention to detail and project management skills
An aptitude for complexity, able to handle multiple work streams and tests simultaneously
Understanding of web development best practices and common frameworks
Experience interpreting results and summarizing experiment findings into polished presentations for senior leadership.
Bonus Points: Familiarity with Optimizely Web & Feature Testing platforms, JIRA, Confluence, Agile Product Owner Certification
