Product Manager

Identify and analyze market trends, technology trends, and business opportunities in big data online platform markets to recommend and defend the product position of hireEZ; Confer with sales team and engineers to assess products needs and to recommend product requirements and trade-offs of product features; Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, formulate and complete analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables, and presentations; Conduct data analysis to make product recommendations (success metrics, cost-benefit, forecasting, impact analysis) to improve product performance and company market share in the US; Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs; Present product plans and maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of product objectives; Manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure successful product development and delivery; and Collaborate with the machine learning team to drive the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies into the products and services. Masters degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
