Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

A bit about us:

In this role you will be in charge of developing requirements and implementing key colleague and customer facing features and capabilities that support the multi-year vision and roadmap. The main application is a payment processing API SaaS product utilized all over the world, integrating thousands of financial institutions and merchants.

This role has a high level of control and autonomy, collaborating with engineering leadership and overseeing product operations for six core engineering teams. Involvement in design and architecture as well as daily scrum/sprint planning will be key in this role.

Job Details
  • Must have prior payment industry experience, at least five years
  • Understanding of payment processing and banking/finance relationships with SaaS providers and merchants
  • Strong understanding of .NET and a Microsoft suite of related technologies not limited to C , .NET Core, API integration and builds (WebAPI), Azure, etc.
  • Confident in managing and understanding engineering processes and procedures including scrum meetings, sprint planning, requirements gathering, and core collaboration on all aspects of product build/release cycle
  • You will be a part of a team accountable for participating in key business meetings across various programs to remain knowledgeable of current business drivers/issues, engage with cross functional business member engagement, and provide updates on progress and recommendations
  • Interacting with cross-functional key stakeholders, including Product Office, Partnership, Customer Office, Operations and Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, etc
  • Partnering with Technology, leading one or more agile development team(s) to build colleague and customer-facing UI capabilities as well as backend APIs
  • Leading the product refinement sessions and participating in scrum ceremonies such as daily stand up; end of sprint demos and retrospectives
