Product Manager

Role: Product Manager, LIMS - Raw Materials

Location: Durham, NC

Job Description:

Successful candidate should have specific experience with LabWare LIMS (version 7 or higher). They will have a firm and detailed technical grasp of the application, it s capabilities, and industry standard implementations. They will have a thorough understanding of key modules including, but not limited to, Lot Manager, SRIM and Reporting. Furthermore, they should have experience with key configuration concepts for Product, Item Code, Sample Plan and analysis tables.

The candidate should have a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical / biotech laboratory business process especially with respect to raw materials (incoming materials) and packaging components. Concepts such as compendial testing, skip lot, sampling, goods receipt, and retain management are a must-have.

The candidate should have specific knowledge of Business Analysis in order to direct BA s, developers, and vendor consultants. They must have a good understanding of user and functional requirements related to Raw Materials business processes configured in LabWare LIMS.

The candidate ideally will have experience with previous implementations of Raw Material processes in LabWare LIMS and be able to provide direction on industry standard/best practices.

Knowledge of and experience with Agile Product Management including key concepts required to maintain strict control of scope and schedule. Familiar with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
