Role: Product Manager

Job description:

Work with colleagues from multi-disciplinary backgrounds, sites, countries, and cultures to set a clear and cohesive strategy and be able to work seamlessly regardless.

Drive and write clear, concise and intuitive user stories that focus on the user outcomes you want to drive

Play the role of the Product Owner as required during development sprints, making decisions in a timely manner.

Work as a servant-leader, reducing dependencies, removing blockers and co-ordinating with other product teams and key stakeholders.

Maintain high credibility and deliver real value by shipping product that make our users lives easier

Lead and coach Product Developers to become effective team members that ship valuable work.

Be able to lead a team off on-shore and off-shore resources including scrum master, developers, testers, and technical consultants.

Understand and support the roles and responsibilities of all team members, and hold people accountable.
