Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the PM/PO for two web digital servicing teams
- Own and drive the full lifecycle for delivering multiple pieces of product intent, from refinement through testing and launch
- Lead cross functional teams of engineers, designers, marketers, and business analysts to solve problems and address customer needs
- Own the scaling and refinement of an onboarding processes for an net new externalized developer portal
- Enhance existing B2B2C API based offerings to that will be used by millions of end customers
- Partner with marketing and tech to launch digital servicing web pages to millions of users for our card launches
- Assist tech with JIRA management activities, including ticket creation, tracking, and tagging
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as PI planning, sprint planning, and stand up
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Must have: Product management, API, Web, Agile, JIRA
- Experience owning and driving multiple complex pieces of intent autonomously
- Experience with API based products
- Experience with web based products.
