The opportunity

This is a rapidly growing area, so you will have plenty of opportunity to spread your wings and develop your skillset to keep up with the ever-growing demands of the digital landscape. Most of your time will be spent Embedded with our clients' team and our internal team, bridging the gap between client requirements and transforming those into actual development, building product roadmaps, making judgement calls about what features are included, negotiating with engineering leads regarding how things get built for our clients, and more.

Your key responsibilities

  • Own the vision and product strategy for products on behalf of our clients.

  • Define the product roadmap and deliver clear requirements that designers and engineers will use to bring your vision to life.

  • Conduct customer research, monitor and respond to feedback and metrics, and continuously drive improvements to the customer experience.

  • Drive day-to-day execution and delivery with constant re-prioritization and adjustments being made along the way.

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that align with the company's growth objectives.

  • Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Mentor and guide team members, promoting professional growth and development.

  • Continually seek opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

  • Where appropriate, align a customer's product vision with an AI-centric approach.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional experience delivering commercial-grade software products and services.

  • Experience delivering software products and services targeted at highly technical audiences (ie software developers)

  • 10+ years of experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team to deliver products/service.

  • Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps and functional requirements, launching new products/features, conducting customer research and/or facilitating user testing.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.

  • Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules.

  • Strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.

  • Success delivering products/services in a high-growth environment, demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous customer-focused problems.

  • Success overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception through launch and iteration.

  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with the ability to solve complex problems.

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to make recommendations and measure success.

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Background as a software engineer is a big plus.

What we offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $163,400 to $373,300. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $196,100 to $424,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You'll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
