Job Details- The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of experience in complex litigation, with a focus on product liability and class action cases.
- Candidates with defense catastrophic injury experience are highly preferred.
- Duties will include motion practice, discovery, brief writing, preparing company witnesses for depositions, taking and defending depositions, attending court appearances, client interaction, trial preparation and trial.
- Qualified candidates will have significant experience with all aspects of case handling, including fact investigation and discovery work.
- Excellent written communication and oral advocacy skills are required.
- The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in trial work and prior deposition experience is a plus.
- The work requires attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines.
- Operates on a hybrid work schedule with 3 days per week in office.
- Admission to practice in Minnesota is required. We are accepting recruiter submissions.
