- Communicate design rationale and decisions effectively to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system that accommodates diverse user needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in product design.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a user-centered design approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical problem-solving.
