Work on various product development programs with external/internal developers to ensure products work as intended/implemented in efficient/competitive manner; monitor, track trending data (Process Street, Tableau); analyze construction data (SQL); prepare visual reports (Microsoft Power BI); use Looker, SQL queries for findings CRM platform for data-driven strategies; develop website content set up (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); work with departments/engineers to design, model, verify new products, services, applications; provide Q&A internal/customer facing applications; create searchable knowledge base internally for customers/external customers; work with internal/external development teams to plan/deploy new internal/customer facing products (GitLab, GitHub); develop/oversee small to medium scale projects; perform market research/analysis regarding current products/competitors offerings; perform metric analysis of product costs, pricing, competitiveness; synthesize current trend data to support recommendations for actions; identify/analyze industry/geographic trends with business strategy implications; assist with compliance certification requirements processes/procedures (SOC2 TYPE II, ISO27001); create/update articles, technical how-to manuals for website; assist in creating/documenting workflows using Process Street for internal reference, compliance certification; implement Pipedrive CRM to improve tracking/expanding leads/customer base; attend meetings with customers technical staff to ensure specifics of technical needs are understood/deployed by Sales/Support teams; review Support Help Desk tickets to ensure replies to customers are thorough, clear, professional; serve as liaison to web developers for updates/website enhancements; and work with graphic design professionals to create marketing materials. This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, or Information Systems plus 1 year experience. Experience to include monitoring, tracking trending data (Process Street, Tableau); analyzing construction data (SQL); preparing visual reports (Microsoft Power BI); using Looker, SQL queries for findings CRM platform for data-driven strategies; and developing website content set up (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
