Preferred Location(s): HYBRID - San Francisco, CA.Possible - Salt Lake City, UT, Los Angeles, CA, Seattle, WA, Portland, OR Reviews current internal systems and platforms and makes recommendations to the backlog to implement feature updates or bug fixesResearches market trends and creates product requirements documents, which capture business reasons for new ITS products or servicesEstablishes core knowledge of industry norms and stays abreast of latest developmentsUnderstands key technologies and platforms, integration best practices and incorporation of third party APIs and open source/reusable componentsManage implementation and launch of new integration flows for critical payment application customers across the enterprise.Develops internal relationship with the Product Owners to support feature roadmaps from concept to deliveryCollaborates with cross-functional teams to establish initial product buy-in and with quality assurance and project management to facilitate acceptance testing of releasesParticipates in product-related communications to various levels of stakeholders (from technical SMEs to executive teams)Analyzes product metrics post release to proactively identify and optimize to user experience and product performance ComplexityWorks with business partners across departments to develop technology solutions that align with business and technical strategiesServes as a product team member for one product or service

0-2 years experience in developing innovative technical products.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or similar discipline or equivalent work experienceKnowledge of several software development life cycle methodologies; Agile SCRUM is desirableExperience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence)Strong analytical, teamwork, leadership, critical thinking, multitasking, and time management skills and the ability to influence successfully in a highly matrix or virtual organization Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
