Procurement Supplier Analyst

Remote Procurement Supplier Analyst requires: & Remote in Chicago, IL & Excellent customer service and relationship building skills. & Compliance Federal, and State policies and regulations. & Supply & Procurement Remote Procurement Supplier Analyst duties: & Conducts due diligence on records for new and existing suppliers to ensure compliance with federal regulations and policies & Ensures government compliance forms are completed including W9 and W8 forms for new suppliers to ensure accuracy of 1099 and 1042S reporting & Acts as a conduit between campus stakeholders, central offices, and suppliers to update and complete records & Responds to supplier inquiries related to supplier record & Manages relationships with suppliers as required and appropriate & Verifies vendor change requests and updates in necessary systems in accordance with maintenance procedures & Conducts periodic audit of vendor database & Other duties as assigned
