Procurement Clerk

Labor Finders of Victorville is immediately looking to hire an experienced PROCUREMENT CLERK for an area company that has an urgent need.
Position: Procurement Clerk (Experienced)
SAP Experience: Required
Location: Victorville
Pay: $25/HR
Hours: Full-Time, Possible OT
Length: Temp-To-Hire Opportunity
Start Date: ASAP
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities
Responsible for matching incoming invoices with purchase order receipts and packing slips of merchandise received at all locations, verifying product, price, weight, dimensions and quantity on the purchase order.
Reconcile statements when received. Cali vendors for copies of invoices or proof of deliveries and look for paid invoices with open balances.
Process bills in the online portal and batch them to SAP seeking appropriate authorization from Managers for invoices in accordance with current accounts payable SOP's
Assist with materials and equipment acquisition , including bidding process
Entering, receiving and processing purchase orders, packing receipts, vendor invoices
File check copy and paid invoices daily
Receive and return phone calls from vendors with payment requests.

Requirements:
Minimum 18 years of age
Must have experience with SAP
Detail oriented with a focus of accuracy
Ability to prepare reports in a timely manner
Understanding of purchasing, accounts payable and inventory process
