As a Traveling Process/Industrial Engineer a construction and manufacturing organization, you will play a key role in delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence.

This is a traveling role up to 75%.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and challenges, conducting on-site assessments and evaluations.
Develop and implement innovative process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Utilize industrial engineering principles and tools to analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimized solutions.
Lead and support the implementation of automation and technology solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to client teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Travel to client sites as required, managing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and management, to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in process optimization, industrial engineering, or related roles, preferably in a consulting or manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Simul8, Arena) is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
Willingness to travel extensively to client sites domestically
