We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Process Engineer to join our Manufacturing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Quality Control, Process Improvement, and Continuous Improvement. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes and workflow. With your expertise, you'll help us drive performance and innovation, ensuring we continue to deliver top-tier products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline production processes, eliminate waste, and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot manufacturing and production defects and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee quality control processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and specifications.
  • Design and implement systems for effectively tracking and analyzing key performance metrics.
  • Train and mentor team members on new processes and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on production process-related issues.
  • Participate in new product launch initiatives, ensuring effective and efficient production processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing process engineering role.
  • Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Quality Control, Process Improvement, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in using statistical analysis software and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing would be a distinct advantage.
  • A self-starter who is capable of working independently and making decisions based on a thorough understanding of business needs and objectives.
  • Must have a strong commitment to safety and a proven record of fostering a safe work environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and experience in auditing processes would be a plus.
