Base Salary: $70,000-$90,000/yr.

Job Responsibilities:

Innovate and optimize processes for both new and existing products.

Design efficient equipment layouts to ensure plant resources are utilized safely and effectively.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities, emphasizing standard work, visual controls, and 5S.

Collaborate on the development of innovative methods, tooling, and machine designs to boost productivity and quality.

Serve as the primary liaison for key customers, ensuring prompt and effective responses to quality issues.

Lead customer visits and factory audits to showcase our capabilities.

Skillfully troubleshoot internal and external DPM issues, implementing corrective actions for lasting effectiveness.

Job Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, required.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a lean manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical and statistical problem-solving skills, coupled with a deep understanding of process control.

Experience with DFM and Lean principles.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite Software

Familiarity with Lab View and ISO9001 Quality System, desired.
