Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a new manufacturing client to recruit and hire a Full Time Process Engineers for their facilities located in Tennessee (Cookeville area).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Employing statistical and mathematical techniques for optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Updating plant layouts for new products, process changes, workflow updates, and equipment or material movements.
- Conducting time studies and leading Kaizen projects to improve efficiency and optimize logistics.
- Overseeing Value Stream mapping for new products.
- Evaluating existing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Utilizing engineering principles and computer modeling to solve production challenges.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, optimize logistics including packaging, routes, and storage layouts.
- Maximizing resource utilization and evaluating equipment performance.
- Compiling reports and presentations for management.
- Remaining updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
- Performing other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements: - Associate's Degree in Engineering or similar field. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks, etc ), and Microsoft Office.
- Experience implementing process improvements
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in industrial settings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
