This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, over 70-year-old Plastics Molding Manufacturer and become a member of their large engineering team. They are looking for two Process Engineers, one focused on blow molding and one on injection molding. These roles will support manufacturing by designing and developing all new processes and optimizing current processes. Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflows
- Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures
- Verify bills of materials, dimensional part drawings, and estimates for new and current products as needed Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations
- Coordinate and support Project Engineers, Automation Engineers, and Outsourcing as required to develop complete technical specifications
- Other Engineering projects as given by Managers
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in manufacturing Engineering required
- B.S. degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or Quality)
- Understanding of process improvement practices
- Knowledge in the field of plastics or injection/blow molding required
