Seeking individual with background developing innovative vacuum infusion processes for engineered composite products such as aircraft wings, fuselage components, boat hulls, bus bodies, turbine blades, etc. Activities: Develop and document process designs for structural composite products subject to high stress. Optimize productivity, reduce cycle time, improve quality, and reduce operating costs through process evaluation, re-design, and validation. Initiate and assist with capital improvement projects aimed at increasing plant capabilities through new equipment purchase or facility modification. Develop and monitor training plans to ensure personnel are versed in new process requirements Qualifications: Expertise with vacuum infusion and experience developing, improving, and modifying manufacturing processes for composite products. B.S. in Engineering, or equivalent with experience using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, TurboCAD, or similar.
