Problem Management Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
•   Drive engagement, investigation, and resolution on operational Problem management topics
•   Analyze data to understand customer issues, identify opportunities, anticipate risks, and create prioritized backlog items and solutions for impacted services
•   Contribute to and/or lead the resolution of ongoing high-priority production issues
•   Use statistical tools and techniques to identify process gaps, root cause issues, and drive data driven decision making
•   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and evaluate business impacts, develop best practice plans, and communicate final recommendations to prevent recurrence of high-priority Incidents Skills & Qualifications:
•   Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)
•   Infrastructure knowledge of Cloud, Networks, Load Balancers, Servers, Firewalls
•   Self-starter with a knack for debugging complex issues
•   Advanced understanding of data sources & relationships, reporting tools and systems knowledge, including experience in measuring, and managing data quality Education/Certifications:
•   ITIL certification a plus Location: Greenville, SC.
This job is primarily an onsite role. You will be required to work at an onsite location. This position may allow up to 50% remote work.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
