Our prestigious law firm is actively seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Permanent Probate Associate Attorney to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about probate law and estate planning. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of experienced attorneys and paralegals to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients. Responsibilities

As a Permanent Probate Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a diverse caseload of probate and estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.

2. Representing clients in probate court proceedings, including estate administration and litigation.

3. Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to probate law and estate planning.

4. Preparing and delivering presentations on probate law and estate planning topics to clients and potential clients.

5. Collaborating with other attorneys and paralegals to develop and implement comprehensive legal strategies for clients.

6. Staying up-to-date on changes and developments in probate law and estate planning to ensure that our firm provides the most current and effective legal services to our clients.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Permanent Probate Associate Attorney position, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.

3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in the area of probate law and estate planning.

4. Proven experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.

5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues and cases.

8. Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services and maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
