What you will do: Develop individual center marketing plans and goals to enhance brand awareness and drive referrals from a variety of sources. Strive to increase the awareness and understanding of the physicians and services of NSPC throughout the community. Utilize knowledge and effective marketing/sales skills to build relationships with the local healthcare sector to increase referral providers. Develop and maintain a portfolio of prospective contacts and referral sources. Develop and maintain an updated Call Plan to efficiently manage time in the field and provide feedback on territory trends, challenges, and responses to marketing initiatives. Act as the NSPC representative and liaison for referring healthcare providers and their staff. Deliver accurate and timely follow-up discussions, schedule meetings, and remain proactive to ensure strong relationships with key targets. Requirements What we require: A Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with commensurate work experience. Live and have IN DEPTH knowledge of medical practices in the area i.e. rehabs, ortho, surgical centers, pain practices Minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing, sales, fundraising, or community outreach (preferably in the medical or healthcare sector). Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) platform (preferably Salesforce. An understanding of the mechanics and metrics related to sales and marketing promotions. Capacity to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, while demonstrating resourcefulness and proactivity.
